We Challenge You ... To wear Pop Art

What's "I challenge you to..."? It's bi-weekly special where we (Nanys Klozet, Ashe's into Fashion and I) challenge our readers and bloggers around the globe to wear specific trends or themes- and we would love if you could join us. Every other Monday, we'll publish the the challenge, so you have two weeks to plan your outfit and wear it. Then, that following Sunday: we'll show you how we wore the trend/theme and you'll be able to share your link & outfit with everyone.

This time we challenge you to wear Pop Art. I remember when I first saw this trend on the runways, I was super excited because it took me back in time. I have to admit I don't have anything "pop artish" yet, but tomorrow I'm headed to the mall looking for something fabulous!Can't wait to see what you wear!

¿Qué es " Te reto a...." ?"Te reto a..." es una sección especial en la cual nosotras (Dany, Ashley y yo) retamos a todas las bloggers y lectoras a usar ciertas tendencias/ temas- y nos encantaría que nos acompañaran. Cada 15 días (específicamente los lunes) publicaremos el reto, de manera que tengan dos semanas para planificar y usar su outfit. Luego el domingo siguiente nosotras compartiremos como lo usamos nosotras y pondremos un espacio para que ustedes dejen el link de sus artículos/fotos.

Esta vez te retamos a usar estampado de comiquitas o "pop art". Tengo que confesar desde que vi esta tendencia en las pasarelas me enamore de ella, y es que me hace recordar a mi niñez :-) Yo todavia no tengo nada con este estampado pero mañana mismo voy en busca de una pieza. Que les parece este reto?!

El reto de esta semana es ver como cada una combina un vestidito negro o LBD- la idea es que cada una demuestro lo versátil y adaptable que está pieza, estoy segura que todos los outfits van a ser TAN diferentes. Ya quiero ver sus outfits!

In this weekly special, we challenge our readers and bloggers around the globe to wear specific trends- and we would love if you could join us. Every Tuesday we’ll publish next week’s challenge, on Mondays: we’ll show you how we wear the trend and you’ll be able to share your link & outfit her on my blog. You can also upload your pictures to Nany’s Klozet Facebook or Flor de Maria Fashion Facebook. We were inspired by “Bloggers do it better” but we want to give our own twist to it!

Next week’s challenge: (6/20/2011 to 20/26/2011): We Challenge you to ...  Color Block with Primary colors such as red, blue and yellow!
