As you know, last week I headed to Miami to attend Hispanicize! This was the first conference that I ever attended when I started blogging and I have not missed one since then. This time around, I was even more excited to go because I was the exclusive on-site P&G Try it & Love it/Pruébalo & te Encantará social media ambassador.
I love Miami and I loved waking up everyday with the view of the bay and palm trees everywhere. Well, I have to admit that what made this conference even more fun was the fact that I had a glam squad at my service! Who doesn’t dream of that right? Yes, P&G had a lounge at the conference where I got my hair and makeup done every day. It was so much fun trying out different makeup and hairstyles for the week.
One of the days, the makeup artist, Aileen, gave me a graphic eye and I got so many compliments. I had never done it before and I really liked it. To get the look, she used COVERGIRL truBLEND Liquid Makeup and COVERGIRL + Olay Eye Rehab to color correct and conceal dark circles around my eyes. Then she applied COVERGIRL bronzer, blush and eyeliner. She finished the look with COVERGIRL Lipslicks Smoochies Gloss Balm. I have to admit the Smoochies have become one of my favorite go-to products. Not only is the package fun, but it also leaves your lips moisturized and adds a touch of sheer color.
Let’s talk about my hair now! First of all, I have to thank Vidal Sassoon Pro Series because they left my hair looking amazing the whole week. If you live in a humid place you know how hard it is to keep your hair looking beautiful- humidity is your worst enemy. Well, Vidal Sassoon Pro Series ColorFinity Finishing Hairspray did the job, providing 24 hour hold, without weighing my hair down and keeping my hair color vibrant. You know that I wear my hair down 90% of the time right? So I was excited to try something different one day. Since Miami calls for less clothes and vibrant colors, you know I had to step up my outfit game for the conference! I wore a lot of pencil skirts and crop tops; probably my favorite trend right now. Overall, I had a great time at Hispanicize, I loved seeing friends and colleagues and making new contacts. I can’t wait to do it all over again next year!

Como saben, la semana pasada me fui a Miami para asistir a la conferencia de Hispanicize. Esta fue la primera conferencia que asistí cuando empecé mi blog y no me he perdido una desde ese entonces. Esta vez estaba mucho más emocionada que antes, ya que iba a ser la embajadora exclusiva de las redes sociales para P&G Try it & Love it/Pruébalo & te Encantará.
Amo Miami y ame levantarme cada mañana con la vista de la bahía y palmeras por todos lados. Además, el calorcito de Miami es único en comparación con otras partes de los Estados Unidos. Pero tengo que admitir que lo que hizo esta conferencia todavía más divertida fue que todas las mañanas iba al salón de P&G para que me mimaran y me pusieran bella. Y es que cada día P&G me hacia el maquillaje y me arreglaban el cabello.
Uno de esos días la maquillista, Aileen, me hizo un delineado gráfico. Nunca lo había probado antes, pero el resultado final me encanto y no había quien me dejara de parar para decirme lo bien que me quedaba. Para obtener ese look Aileen uso COVERGIRL Foundation y COVERGIRL + Olay Eye Rehab, para corregir el color y ocultar las ojeras. Luego me aplico bronceador, rubor y el delineador de COVERGIRL Para terminar el look ella me aplico COVERGIRL Lipslicks Smoochies Gloss Balm. Este último producto se ha convertido en uno de mis preferidos ya que no solo tiene una envoltura súper divertida, si no que también me deja los labios suaves con un toque de color.
Ahora hablemos de mi cabello. Primero que todo quiero agradecer a Vidal Sassoon Pro Series ColorFinity Finishing Hairspray ya que me dejo el cabello divino toda la semana. Si viven en un lugar húmedo saben que feo se puede poner el pelo con tanta humedad y esa era mi peor pesadilla llegando a Miami. Pero el Vidal Sassoon Pro Series ColorFinity Finishing Hairspray sello mi cabello para que se vea divino desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, sin apelmazar el cabello. Y que les puedo decir de estas trenzas que me hicieron? Quede enamorada!
En cuestión de outfits opte por usar piezas más coloridas y es que estaba en la capital del sol y no en Nueva York. Use muchas faldas tubos con tops cortitos. Al final de cuentas la pase divino en Hispanicize, vi a muchos amigos, colegas y conocí gente nueva. Una experiencia muy buena gracias a P&G Pruébalo & te Encantará.
