Yesterday I went to record my Univision and Telefutura fashion segments! After I was done I decided to do a little shopping, yayyy!! I went to Union Square for a much needed retail therapy. I am so happy with everything that I got.  BTW would you like me to do a video and show you what I got??? I hope you enjoy these pictures

Ayer fui a grabar mis segmentos de moda para Univision y Telefutura. La verdad es que cada vez disfruto mas hablar de moda!!! Antes era presentadora de deportes .... pero ahorita la moda es lo que me apasiona y me quita el sueño. Bueno, te cuento que despues de grabar mis segmentos me fui de compras y me volvi loca jajaja!!!! Una preguntita, te gustaria que grabe un video con las cosas que me compre???

As I mentioned it on facebook and twitter I went shopping at Zara, let me tell you... I  was in heaven!!!! I actually went looking for a pair of red pants, but they didn't  fit right. So I ended up getting other stuff.... One of the things I got was the red dress below. I am not a big fan of red dresses, but this one fits perfect. I loved the fit ....very classic and glamorous!!!

Como les conte en facebook y twitter me fui de compras a Zara!  Te cuento que hace mucho tiempo no veia tantas cosas que me gustaran, en una sola tienda!!! Y es que la mayoria de la ropa en Zara era bastante colorida y eso me volvio loca!!! Mi proposito de ir a Zara, era porque quería comprarme unos jeans rojos,  pero no encontre los que andaba buscando. Los unicos que vi no me quedaban muy bien.... asi que decidi no comprarmelos.  Entre las cosas que me compre esta este vestidito rojo de abajo.  El estilo es unico, super clasico y chic!!! Me enamore de el...aunque te soy sincera, no tengo ningun vestido rojo .... este es el primero!!!

Interview with NBC!

As many of you already know, I appeared on NBC's show "Comunidad del Valle" with Damian Trujillo yesterday.  I had the best time; it was such an amazing experience and I want to take this opportunity to thank Damian for inviting me to the show.... Thank you Damiansito you rock!!!  You can catch Damian Trujillo on NBC on Monday-Friday at 5 & 6 pm and on Sundays at 3:30 pm.

Como se los mencione en facebook y twitter, ayer sali en NBC en un show que se llama "Comunidad del Valle." La entrevista se paso volando y la pase super bien. Damian Trujillo, el presentador del show, me hizo sentir como en casa.  Quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecerle a Damian por esta oportunidad, gracias Damiansito!! I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your love and support.  I am overwhelmed by the messages and emails I have gotten about the interview, it really makes me smile!!!  I am very blessed with all the amazing things that are happening with "my baby" - my blog, it is more than I had imagined and I am very thankful.  That's why I want you to know that you can do anything you set your mind to.  You just have to work hard, stay focus and believe in yourself.  Trust me, you can reach for the stars!

He recibido muchos emails y mensajitos felicitandome por la entrevista.  No sabes como me encantan leer los correos y darme cuenta que mi trabajo esta dando frutos gracias a uds. Estoy tan agradecida con Dios por todas las oportunidades que se me están presentando ... empece el blog hace 7 meses y cada vez sigue creciendo mas gracias a TI!!!! Por eso quiero que sepas que  tu puedes lograr cualquier cosa en esta vida, solo es cuestion de trabajar duro, enfocarte y creer en ti ....

So, I finally got a haircut .... this is my "new" look!!!  Well, since I took these pictures I actually cut it a little bit more, just the front though.

Oscar Fashion Segment

Oh my! Where do I start ? When I can't even think straight hahaha.  I only got 2 hours of sleep last night, I was planning on getting like 4 but it didn't happen.  I had to be at Univision by 6:30 in the morning, so I could do my weekly fashion segments and then tape a few more.  I was planning on getting up at 4, but got up at 1 instead.  Don't you hate when you can't sleep and you are trying really hard... haha.

Donde empiezo....estoy MUERTA, jajaja.  Es que solo dormi 2 horas anoche... estaba planeando en dormir 4 pero lamentablement no sucedio. Lo que pasa es que tenia que estar en Univision a las 6:30 de la mañana para grabar mis segmentos de moda, pero en vez de levantarme a las 4 como tenia planeado, me levante a la 1... que horror!!! Y por mas que trate de volver a dormir no pude.  No odias cuando te pasa eso?

So, today I had to do 2 segments, one for Univision and the second one for Telefutura (their sister station) .  I talked about what to expect at the 83rd Oscar red carpet this Sunday.  I can't wait to see what Anne Hathaway, Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman and Michelle Williams are going to wear. They all have such different style but I am sure they will all look stunning. I am dying to see what Rachael Zoe picks for Anne Hathaway, I know it's going to be BANANAS!

Hoy tuve que hacer dos segmentos de moda, uno para Univision y el otro para Telefutra.  Hoy hable de lo que podemos esperar este domingo en la alfombra roja de los Oscars.  La verdad es que me muero por ver que se van a poner Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams y Anne Hathaway.  Todas tienen un estilo unico y  divino! Me muero por ver que va a escoger la estilista (mi favorita) Rachel Zoe para vestir a Anne Hathaway ....

Lo que me puse para uno de mis segmentos.  Te das cuenta que no traigo anillos?  Lo que pasa es que me los olvide en el carro y ya no podia regresar.  Me sentia desnuda sin mis anillos. Por lo general tengo que tener siquiera uno bien grande.

Univision Fashion Segment!

Hello my lovelies!

I hope you had a great weekend!!  I was a little sick so I was home all weekend. As some of you may already know - I mentioned it on facebook and twitter - on Friday, I woke up at 3 in the morning because I had to do a fashion segment on "Al Despertar" - a Univision  morning show.  I couldn't believe I was up that early, but I was so excited that I wasn't even tired.  I had a great time doing the show and I can't wait to learn how to upload videos on youtube, so you can see it. Thank you Eddie and Kira for inviting me!!!

Espero que hayas tenido un lindo fin de semana. Yo estuve un poco enfermita por lo que me queda en casa todo el fin.  Pero como les conte en facebook y twitter, el viernes me tuve que levantar super temprano;  a las 3 de la mañana...pueden creerlo? Es que tenia que hacer un segmento de moda para "Al Despertar" un show de Univision.  Pense que iba a estar muerta y ni iba a poder abrir los ojos, pero estaba tan contenta que hasta se me quito el sueño. Les prometo que en cuanto sepa poner videos en youtube les aviso! Una vez mas mil gracias a Kira y a Eddie por invitarme. Que disfrutes este dia al maximo. besitos
