Red & Gold for the 49ers!

Yesterday I decided to wear red and gold to show some love to my hometown team .... the 49ers! Do you like football? I used to be a sports reporter/anchor so I can really get into a game! You don't want to see me in action - it may be a little embarrassing to some hahaha :-)

Ayer decidi usar los colores de mi equipo ... los 49ers de San Francisco. ¿Te gustan los deportes? o mejor dicho, ¿te gusta el futbol americano? Por muchos años fui reportera/presentadora de deportes, así que cuando juega un equipo mio me vuelvo loca jajaja. La verdad es que no creo que quieras ver un partido conmigo jaja :-)

Seeing Stars

Some pictures my mom took after I got my haircut in the Bay Area. It looks so much shorter, ha? Well, looking at this pictures makes me miss California weather. It's been freezing in NYC and I'm starting to look like a polar bear with all these layers, haha. I'm still trying to find a photographer in NYC to take my pictures, let me know if you know anybody! Algunas fotitos que mi mama me tomo después que me corte el cabello en San Francisco. ¿Se ve mucho mas corto en las fotos, no? El solo ver estas fotos me hace extrañar el clima de California. Les cuento que ahora si llego el frío a Nueva York, esta como en 18 grados Farenheit, me congelo. Lo mas chistoso es que parezco un oso polar con tantas capas de ropa que me pongo, jaja. Les prometo que estos días me tomo fotos en Nueva York, lo que pasa es que todavía ando buscando fotógrafo por acá. Que tengan un lindo día :-)

Falling Leaves

I am really going to miss California. Just looking at this pictures makes me miss the weather already. I love the colors of the leaves right now. It's finally hitting me that I'm moving this week, it's crazy how time flies! Today, I spent the whole day with my mom. I'm going to miss her so much :-( We went to church, had brunch, went shopping, decorated the house for Christmas and then she helped me pack - plus she took my pictures :-) I literally don't know what I would do without her, she is my angel. I love you mom, I am very thankful to call you my mom.

Ya me esta cayendo el 20 que me mudo esta semana a Nueva York. La verdad es que voy a extrañar California muchísimo, es un estado maravilloso. Ademas tiene un clima espectacular, es seco, y no hace ni mucho calor, ni mucho frío. Por ejemplo, ahorita estamos en pleno Otoño y hoy hizo casi 70 grados Fahrenheit, que rico. Les cuento que hoy pase todo el dia con mi mama, la verdad es que la voy a extrañar un montón. Fuimos a misa, a almorzar, a comprar ropa calientita para Nueva York, decoramos la casa para Navidad y luego me ayudo a empacar - se me olvidaba, y me tomo fotitos :-) La verdad es que no sabría que haría sin mi mama, es mi angel. Te adoro mamita y doy gracias a Dios de tener la dicha de llamarte mama.
