My Birthday Celebration

Last week I showed you my birthday outfit and today I want to share with you some pictures of the actual celebration! I was dying to listen to some mariachi music and my dream came true!!!  The mariachis were amazing and were singing to me most of the night! I had the BEST birthday and couldn't have celebrated it in a better way.

La semana pasada les enseñe las fotos de mi outfit de cumpleaños y hoy quiero compartir con uds. algunas fotos de la celebracion! Como les conte en facebook y twitter, mis amigas y yo fuimos a cenar a un restaurante mexicano, ya que me moria por escuchar mariachis. La verdad es que estuvo lindo, los mariachis me cantaron muchisimas canciones, entre ellas las mañanitas!!! Gracias a Dios la pase INCREIBLE!

Let me introduce you to my best friend, Mercedes, we have been friends for over 15 years and are closer now than ever.  I think that you really know who your true friends are, when you go through hard times, and I am lucky to say Mercedes is one of them. I am so excited because we have so many things planned for this summer!!! We are going to take over the world, hahaha. Isn't she gorgeous and stylish? When it comes to shopping and partying, she is my partner in crime, haha.  Can you tell we are both rocking our Louboutins!!!

Les presento a mi mejor amiga, Mercedes (Mechita), nosotras hemos sido amigas por mas de 15 años y ahorita somos inseparables! Yo pienso que realmente te das cuenta quienes son tus verdaderos amigos, cuando pasas por momentos difíciles, por lo que me alegra decir que Mechita es una amiga incondicional. Estoy super contenta por que este verano tenemos planeado irnos de viaje ... ya les contare a donde!!!  Dime si no es preciosa mi queen?  Ademas tiene un corazon gigante!  Ya viste que tambien tiene unos Louboutins!!!

My Birthday Outfit!

First of all I just want to thank you all for your sweet  b-day messages here, on facebook, twitter and through email. You have no idea how happy they made me.  Honestly you are the BEST followers ANYBODY could wish for.  I had an amazing birthday and I will share pictures of the celebration in a couple of days, so keep checking back.

Primero que todo, les quiero agradecer de TODO corazon por los mensajes de cumpleaños que me dejaron aqui, en facebook, en twitter y por email. La verdad es que las adoro; no saben como sus mensajes me han hecho sonreir. Y les soy sincera, mas de uno me puso bastante sentimental.  De verdad les estoy muy agradecida, por todo el amor y la buena vibra que recibi y sigo recibiendo!!! Les cuento que la pase lindo, en unos dias pondre fotos de la celebracion, asi que chequen el blog a menudo!

As I told you on a previous post, for my b-day party I wore this orange dress and I paired it with this Christian Louboutins.  Thank you so much for telling me which shoe was your favorite, it made my decision that much easier. Obviously the Louboutins won, but I must confess that I had to put on the Steve Madden ones after a few hours. To see the rest of the shoes that I was thinking on wearing, click here. Como se los mencione en el post anterior, para mi fiesta de cumple me puse este vestido anaranjado con los zapatos de Christian Louboutin. Mil gracias a todas las que votaron por su zapato preferido, la verdad es que hicieron mi decision mucho mas facil.  La verdad  que estos Louboutins son bellos, pero duelen mucho, asi despues de unas horitas me puse los de Steve Madden. I almost wore my hair up, so you could see the earrings and the back of the dress more, but I decided not to.

Casi me leavanto el cabello para lucir la espalda y los aretes mas, pero adoro el cabello suelto, tipo Gloria Trevi, jaja

I think the Louboutins and the earrings, made the outfit! I added just a simple ring, since the earrings had a lot going on. LOVE LOVE this earrings.

Yo pienso que los zapatos y los aretes completaron el outfit a la perfeccion. Como los aretes son bastante recargados, no quise ponerme muchas joyas, solo me puse un anillo muy sencillo y listo. AMO estos aretes.

Yes ladies, I am tanner than usual. That's because I used St Tropez tanning mousse! I seriously recommend it to everyone that wants to look more golden. I used to be addicted to tanning but have stopped tanning years ago. So I have tried about every tanning lotion, mousse, spray there is, but nothing like St Tropez mousse.

Si chicas, estoy mas bronceada que de costumbre, es que me aplique una crema bronceadora de St Tropez.  La verdad es que se las recomiendo, te deja la piel dorada. A mi me encanta verme bronceada pero trato de evitar el sol, ya que no es bueno para la piel.   Siempre he estado en busca de una crema bronceadora perfecta y St Tropez es la que mas me gusta.

It's My Birthday!!!

Hi my queens,

As many of you know, today, friday May 27th is my birthday! I can't believe how fast time flies ....I remember turning 21, WOW!!!! So, many of you have asked how old I am and I always managed to change the subject, hahaha. Well, I promised you that today I would tell you my age.....shhh, don't tell anybody ok.  I am turning 36 years old today and I am proud of it!!!  To me, age is just a number because I feel like I am in my 20's and I am more alive than EVER!

I want to show you the dress that I am wearing tonight, I love the color and the style. I am obsessed with backless dresses, I think they are so sexy! Well, this is where I need your help ... I am not sure which shoes to wear, so I need you to help me. Which one do you think I should wear: Christian Louboutins, Steve Madden, DV by Dolce Vita or the Bebe ones?  Leave me a comment and tell me which one you like!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Hola mis queens,

Muchas de uds. ya saben que hoy, viernes 27 de Mayo es mi cumpleaños!!!! Estoy super feliz, por que soy de esas personas que AMAN su cumple, jaja. En serio, tengo un calendario y voy contando los dias desde los primeros dias de Mayo, jaja.  Parece mentira como pasa el tiempo .... recuerdo claramente cuando cumpli 21 WOW.  Muchas de uds. me han preguntado cuantos años tengo, pero siempre cambio la conversacion, jajajaa. Bueno, yo les prometi que hoy les decia mi edad.... pero no le digan a nadie, ok, cumplo 36 añitos!!!! Sinceramente para mi la edad es solo un numero, porque yo me siento como si estuviera en mis 20's. Ademas estoy mas vivas que nunca! Si me conocieran, sabrian que a pesar de mis 36, tengo un corazon de niña y eso no lo cambio por nada!!!

Cambiando de tema, les quiero enseñar el vestido que me voy a poner en la noche! El color me fascina y el estilo mucho mas.  Adoro la espalda ya que es descubierta, se me hace super sexy.  Bueno, ahora necesito la ayuda de uds., ya que no estoy segura que zapatos ponerme. Cual crees que me debo poner, los Christian Louboutins, los de Steve Madden, los de DV by Dolce Vita o los de Bebe?  Dejame un comentario y dime cuales son tus preferidos! GRACIASSSSSSSSS
