Grey Sweater

Hi Queens!!! I just got back from the movies, I went to see American Hustle and it was amazing! Plus, the fashion kept me entertain :-) I wasn't a big fan of going to the movies before - maybe because I love to talk and I have to be quiet in the theater lol - but I've been going a lot lately. It's kind of an escape and the only time my mind stops wandering. Have you seen any movies lately?

Hola mis Queens :-) Acabo de llegar del cine, fui a ver La Gran Estafa Americana (American Hustle) y me encanto. No solo por la trama si no por la vestimenta. La verdad es que nunca habia sido fan de ir al cine - quizas por que me encanta hablar y allí tengo que mantenerme calladita jajaja - pero ultimamente he ido un monton. Has ido al cine ultimamente?

Studded Baseball Hat

Since I was wearing almost all black and flat boots - BARELY happens - I decided to throw on this studded baseball hat to add a  touch of fun and edge to the outfit. I feel like since I moved to Manhattan my style is constantly changing and I am not scared to experiment with fashion. Would you wear this hat?

Como estaba vestida casi toda de negro y con botas chatitas - casi NUNCA pasa - quise ponerme este gorro para darle un toque divertido al look. Siento que desde que me mude a Nueva York mi estilo ha evolucionado y no tengo miedo de experimentar con la moda. ¿Usarían este gorro?

Faux-Fur and Stripes

I've been non-stop since I got to NYC but today I finally stayed home all day. I waited for more boxes to arrive but they never got here. I'm getting so frustated and can't believe I still don't have all my stuff. On another note, I'm loving NYC. Yesterday I realized J Crew, Banana Republic, Zara, H&M and Aldo Shoes are a only couple of blocks away from my place. That is dangerous haha. I hope you are having a great day!

Después de estar mas de 10 días sin parar, finalmente hoy me quede en casita. Supuestamente me iban a llegar mis otras cajas - pueden creer que han pasado mas de 14 días y nada - pero el cartero nunca llego. Estoy tan molesta con el correo, porque me dan una fecha y nunca cumplen. En fin, les cuento que cada día me enamoro mas de Nueva York. Ayer me di cuenta que H&M, Zara, J Crew, Banana Republic entre otras tiendas, quedan solo a unas cuadras de mi casa. ¿Se imaginan? Eso esta peligroso, jaja. Espero que tengan un lindo día.

Celebrating 100 fashion posts!

I can't believe this is my 100th post, it seems like it was yesterday that I started "Flor de Maria Fashion".  I am very happy to share with you ideas, tips, outfit posts, street style and all things that have to do with fashion & style. I  have a lot of ideas for my blog and I can't wait for my back to heal completely, so I can share them with you!  In the meantime, I just want to thank you for visiting, following and leaving comments!

New Shoes - Vera Wang Lavender

I have never been a fan of any flat shoes, but since I injured my back last year, I have no choice. So, I had been looking for flat over-the-knee high boots and I finally found the perfect ones. I love the style, especially the zipper in the back, of this Vera Wang Lavender "Larissa" boots. The best part is that they were 30% off from the original price! Do you like flat shoes?

Nunca he sido fanática de los zapatos chatos, pero desde que me lesione la espalda el año pasado, no tengo otra opción.  Desde hace semanas he estado buscando una botas altas de taco bajo y finalmente encontre estas de Vera Wang Lavender. Lo que mas me guste del estilo es que tiene el cierre en la parte de atras. Y que crees, estaban rebajadas en un 30% del precio original!  Y a ti te gustan los zapatos chatos?
