I Like it Like That....

How I wish I was in New York for fashion week right now. I can only imagine what is like to be there….next year for sure!

This past labor day weekend I got to wear one of my favorite dresses by Betsey Johnson. When I first saw this dress, it was love at first sight. The material is so soft, the sleeves are unexpected and the color is so rich. Every time I wear it, I feel like a helpless romantic.

Como quisiera estar en Nueva York para la semana de la moda.  Ni me puedo imaginar lo que se debe estar viviendo allá, debe ser una locura completa!

Cambiando de tema, te cuento que el fin de semana pasado me puse este vestido de Betsey Johnson, que por cierto es uno de mis preferidos.  Recuerdo que cuando entre a la tienda de esta diseñadora, todo era tan colorido, que me sentía como si estuviera en una tienda de caramelos…jaja.  Ni bien vi este vestido me enamore de el, las mangas son divinas, el material es muy suave y el color me fascina.  Es el vestido perfecto para salir a cenar con mi enamorado!

Fall Fashion Trend: Camel Coat

New York Fashion Week is upon us again ... I can't believe it starts tomorrow! After months of waiting we will finally get to see the trends and collections for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2011. But since Fall is around the corner, for the next few weeks, I will be bringing you the latest trends for Fall and Winter.

I start with the camel coat; this piece  has been all over the Fall/Winter 2010 runways.  This season, designers focused on new shapes, silhouettes and different lengths. I definitely think that the camel coat is an investment piece that every woman should have. I have two camel coats that I got in Spain and I literally wear them every time I get a chance. I think camel is the new black! So go out and find your perfect camel coat - you will not regret it!

Parece mentira que la semana de la moda en Nueva York empieza mañana.  Después de meses de espera, finalmente vamos a ver lo ultimo para la Primavera-Veranao 2011. Pero antes, te quiero mostrar las tendencias para este Otoño e Invierno.  Este va a ser el primer post, de muchos, donde voy a hablar de las tendencias para las próximas temporadas.

Empecemos con el abrigo camel (beige) que todas tenemos que tener en nuestro closet.  Esta pieza clásica ha estado en todas las pasarelas de Otoño/Invierno 2010, y no me sorprende,  ya que lo puedes combinar con muchas cosas. Ademas le puedes añadir un cinturón para darle un toque muy chic. Así que si quieres agregar una pieza a tu guardarropa esta temporada, te recomiendo que escojas el abrigo camel. Te aseguro que no te arrepentirás.

Little bit of This, Little bit of That

I am having a hard time accepting that Fall is almost here.  I am not a fan of cold weather, but I have to admit that I am looking forward to wearing boots! In the meantime, I am trying to enjoy the last few weeks of summer. The weather has been beautiful lately and it makes it that much easier to pick an outfit.

I got this jumpsuit at H&M and I love how comfortable and stylish it can be. I added a belt and these Gucci shoes that have been sitting in my closet forever.  Last time I wore them was over a year ago. I think the shoes are very sexy and I know my boyfriend thought so too!  I am kind of obsessed with this necklace that I got at Forever 21, I want to wear it with everything hahaha.

No puedo creer que casi llega el Otoño, de solo pensarlo me da algo, jajaja.  Te cuento que no me gusta el frio para nada, mi unico consuelo es pensar en todas las botas divinas que puedo usar.  Mientras tanto tengo que gozar las ultimas semanas de verano que quedan.  El clima ha estado espectacular  por lo que es mucho mas fácil escoger un "outfit."

Este mameluco me lo compre en H&M, es super comodo pero tambien chic. Le agregue una correa para que no se vea tan suelto y me puse estos zapatos de Gucci, que se me hacen super sexy!  El collar me lo compre en Forever 21 y ya me lo he puesto varias veces, me fascina.

Romper Time!

I love when I get to write while listening to music. Today I am listening to Bob Marley. He is one of my favorites and always puts me in a happy and peaceful mood, haha!

I actually got this romper last year at Armani Exchange and I forgot all about it. Well, since it's been pretty hot these past couple of weeks I decided to wear it. The shoes are amazing and pretty comfortable - as you can tell, I ADORE shoes! I hope you are having a good week. Once again thank you so much for stopping by my "world." XO

La verdad es que me encanta escribir y escuchar musica a la vez.  Ahorita estoy escuchando a Bob Marley.  Es uno de mis artistas preferidos y su musica me pone de buen humor!

Te cuento que este mameluco me lo compre el año pasado en Armani Exchange y creo que solo me lo he puesto una vez. Así que decidí sacarle provecho y me lo puse con estos tacones y este collar que adoro de Forever 21.  Una vez mas gracias por visitar mi blog, besos
